Cancelation Policy
In the interest of fairness to our team and the comfort of our guests, Studio 22 Salon & Spa has implemented the following cancellation and no-show policy:
To best serve our clients , we require a 50% deposit for all time -consuming chemical services.
A 24-hour cancellation notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A cancellation fee of 50% of the service will be charged to your credit card if you do not notify us. Thank you for your continued support and business .
Without proper notice, we are unable to fill a missed appointment and service another client who may have needed that time-slot.
Product Returns
If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased, we will gladly give you store credit towards another product . No cash or credit card refunds .
Late Arrivals
As a courtesy for all of our clients if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule.

Children’s Policy
We LOVE children and children’s styling!
For the safety of the children and in consideration of our other guests, Studio 22 Salon & Spa has implemented the following policy:
Children must be accompanied by an adult who is not receiving a service at all times.
Running, jumping, swinging, yelling, swiveling in chairs, etc., is not permitted in the salon.
