Policies

In the interest of fairness to our team and the comfort of our guests, Studio 22 Salon & Spa has implemented the following cancellation and no-show policy:

  1. You may cancel without penalty if you provide us with proper notice (at least 24-hours prior to your appointment time).If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may ask you to reschedule.
  2. First missed appointment: A warning will be given and a credit card deposit in the amount of half of your service will be required for your next appointment. You will be charged this deposit if you do not cancel with at least 24-hours notice.
  3. Subsequent missed appointments: A credit card deposit in the full amount of your service will be required for your next appointment. You will be charged the full amount if you do not cancel with at least 24-hours notice.

Without proper notice, we are unable to fill a missed appointment and service another client who may have needed that time-slot.

We LOVE children and children’s styling!

For the safety of the children and in consideration of our other guests, Studio 22 Salon & Spa has implemented the following policy:

Children must be accompanied by an adult who is not receiving a service at all times.

Running, jumping, swinging, yelling, swiveling in chairs, etc., is not permitted in the salon.
